TEAM
Independent transition team comprising of experts and SPOC Will assist the
Operations team to take over and set up operations at the facility.
OBJECTIVES

Objective 1
No interruption will occur in normal management activities or building services including:
Tenant Relations and Services
Building services
Client relations and reporting
Objective 2
Various property evaluations and audits will occur during the transition period
Including :
File audits
Physical inspection
Technical audits
Operating budget Re- Forecast
Business plan and budget
Cost optimization plan
Objective 3
Specific deliverables will be presented top the client throughout the transition including :
Transition plan
Weekly transition monitors and monthly status Reports
Staffing plan
Various property plan and evaluations ( as outlined in objective # 2 above)
Transition completion Report Add a strong statement that summarizes how you feel or think about this topic.
Summarize key points you want your audience to remember.
APPROACH
Transition team moves in along with FM team.
Separate transition team besides the operation team.
To work in conjunction with client project /FM Team for take over of services
Setting up of operation team & training
Induction of all staff for site conditions
Formulating roles and responsibilities
Training of Shanvi Estate Management Services Pvt. Ltd. & vendor staff
Implement all Shanvi Estate Management Services Pvt. Ltd. standards & procedures
Understanding of client policies and procedures
Implementation of standard operating procedures, schedules and checklists
Review all systems and procedures and handover to operations team
Refresher training on roles and responsibilities
Review of all procedures set up
Audit of systems and reports
Trouble shooting with operation team
TIMELINES
A 15 Day transition program would be implemented
The team would subsequently be available as required for periodic reviews and audits to assist the operations.
